Fabrication of a Generator Housing Panel Assembly for the Power Generation Industry

At Magni-Power Company, we have the capacity to deliver comprehensive solutions for custom turnkey fabrications. We built the generator housing panel assembly highlighted here for a customer in the power generation industry, and managed the entire project from component sourcing and fabrication to painting and assembly.
Featuring dimensions of 46.0" in length and 32.0" in width, we fabricated the panel components from 0.080" thick aluminum. Our manufacturing technicians utilized their well-honed skills to create the tightly mitered corners and consistent radii on the panel opening. In-process inspections conducted right on the factory floor using devices networked to our in-house server allowed us to validate that the product conformed to pre-programmed tolerances. Tight control over procurement, fabrication, and painting schedules ensured that all components were ready for assembly and delivery within the 3-4 week delivery timeframe. Current production of this enclosure panel is 10,000 units annually.
