Manufacturing of a SimXperience Driving Simulator for the Gaming Industry

From design to final product assembly, at Magni-Power Company we successfully integrated metal and electronics to fabricate the SimXperience driving simulators for the gaming and hobby industry. From the beginning, we knew that authentic look and feel were essential to satisfy experienced hobbyists and gamers. We fabricated steel, aluminum, and diamond tread plate components, which were then assembled and powder coated before the driving simulator electronics were set up and readied for use. A large assembly, some sections of the 6' in length x 5' in width x 5' in height simulator received a bright clear anodized finish. As seen below, precise fit was critical for a real race car experience, so demanding tolerances of ±0.005" were maintained throughout manufacturing. We now fabricate 20 to 30 of the simulators annually in only four to six weeks for worldwide delivery.
