Magni-Power Company was contracted by an automated packaging OEM to perform the fabrication of LH/RH mounting brackets as highlighted below. The parts were reverse engineered, and constructed from 11 GA hot rolled pickled oiled steel sheet. Our precision laser cutting process was employed to meet the specified contours, achieving the tightest tolerance of ±.005". Press braking was performed for further forming and detailing. The process was optimized utilizing a common thickness nesting technique. The brackets were deburred to smooth and remove processing debris, and analyzed to verify quality and accuracy with dimensional and visual inspection methods. Overall measurements of the completed brackets were 5.000" in length by 2.932" in width.

Turnaround time for this project is 1 week, with shipments of 1 to 100 units sent to the customer in Canton, Ohio as requested.
